Eating More Carbs May Help Fatigue, Digestive, or Autoimmune Issues

Do you have fatigue, brain fog, bloating, and weight issues (maybe autoimmune or menopausal symptoms) but just don’t know the first step to help?

If so, I’m going give you right now one step you can take today.

Eat more carbs. Yes. You read that right.

Now don’t be fooled into thinking carbs (AKA carbohydrates) are only pasta, bread, cookies, cake, and pastries.

Those are simple or refined carbs which decrease energy and increase blood sugar, weight, mood issues, and pain. But there’s a healthier type of carb called a complex carb. And eating more complex carbs will help your weight, fatigue, brain fog, and digestive symptoms. Basically help your body and mind function optimally, at its best.

What are examples of complex or healthier carbs? Things like vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, beans, and whole grains.

So what’s the easiest action step to do this week?

Simply add one extra vegetable or fruit each day. That’s it. You can eat them cooked or raw (although if you have a lot of digestive issues, you might feel better with cooked veggies.)
