My name is Leah, and I understand. I’ve been where you are. I’m also a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Integrative Nutrition Coach, and a retired speech-language pathologist. But more importantly, I’m a fellow warrior who’s had those same symptoms and was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and IBS. Now I help women get back their life. My clients use nutrition and holistic lifestyle modifications to help increase energy, decrease brain fog and belly bloat, and fit into their favorite jeans again.
