Are you over 40 and battling fatigue, night sweats, brain fog, trouble losing weight, slow digestion, and pain? Frustrated because no one is really listening or helping you?  And do you feel you’ve tried so many different things but aren’t making progress?

If so, I can help you.

My name is Leah, and I understand. I’ve been where you are. I’m also a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Integrative Nutrition Coach, and a retired speech-language pathologist and homeschooler. But more importantly, I’m a fellow warrior who’s had those same symptoms and was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, IBS, Epstein-Barr, SIBO, and hormonal imbalances. Now I help women in perimenopause and menopause who want sustainable habits to support energy, digestion, sleep, and weight, without extreme diets or burnout. My clients start with body safety, hormone support, and simple daily habits so you can nourish, rest, strengthen, and renew your body and mind. Most women don’t fail because they lack information. They fail because they lack support. That’s why coaching with me can help you! Hear what others have said:

Leah has helped me learn what my trigger foods are and figure out how to eat healthier. She is a phenomenal coach who checks in periodically, but is not intrusive. She always answers questions and is very thorough. She helped me not get overwhelmed or give up. I have a much more positive outlook on life now. – T.K.

“I have had a wonderful experience with Leah. She is full of knowledge about nutrition and other things so I learned countless ways to improve my poor eating habits. “I’ve lost 10 pounds, my nurse practitioner is happy with my blood work, and I’m having no pain – a miracle!” –R. (diabetic client)

“By choosing baby steps each week, I was able to have a great turnaround in my mental and physical health. I decreased my stress level. It is amazing that daily little goals had such an effect upon my attitude and results. — G. (IBD and hormone client)
