Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is a quiet voice at the end of the day saying I will keep on going. Courage is a friend letting others know depression is real and hard. Courage is parenting a difficult child. Courage is having an eating disorder and telling one person so you can get help. Courage is losing a child or a spouse and choosing daily to continue living. Courage is receiving a diagnosis from the doctor and day by day fighting for healing. Being courageous is internal, what you tell yourself when life is hard. It’s what you’re made of to keep on going. You have more courage than you think. Don’t give up. God made you for a purpose and will give you the strength and courage you need. Keep on going!
