My name is Leah Cheshire, and I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a 21 Day Sugar Detox (21DSD) certified coach. I’m married with two grown children, and I’m a former sugar addict. So I understand if you are there right now. I was addicted to sugar, chocolate, and most refined carbs for most of my life. But learning to focus on spiritual health has helped tremendously. I have more energy, clearer thinking, mood stabilization, and am able to maintain a healthy weight. Now I can occasionally have a treat without it leading to a downward spiral of sugar binging. 

I have loved helping people using the 21DSD over the years, but I really wanted a faith-based approach as well. I’ve bought and read many books over the years and thought I’d just write my own.
