* Eating too often – Grazing constantly throughout the day does not give your blood sugar levels the time and ability to stabilize. Plus, it can cause belly bloat and poorly fitting clothes.
*Not eating at all during the day – When you skip breakfast and lunch, often you’re famished and then will eat anything and everything at dinner, usually unhealthy foods.
*Eating late at night – Eating after dinner or late at night prevents your body from getting restful sleep. Plus, the food you eat late at night is more apt to turn to excess stored fat.
