  • 2 inches fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 2 inches fresh turmeric, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns (optional)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks (you can substitute 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

Boil 2 cups water, ginger, turmeric, black peppercorns, and cinnamon. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Strain and pour into a blender.

Add honey, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and remaining 2 cups of water. Blend well on medium speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Pour into a Mason jar and store in your refrigerator.

And if you can even freeze in ice cube trays to add to drinks as a flavored cube that won’t dilute your drink!
