All levels of the program include meat, seafood, eggs, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and limited fruits as well as a limited portion of starchy flours per day.
Level 3 includes the above and no additional food groups (strictest level).
Level 2 includes the above as well as full-fat dairy (medium level).
Level 1 includes all the above as well as a limited amount of gluten-free grains and legumes per day (more lenient level).
All levels of the program are free of gluten, grain flours, sweeteners, alcohol, and artificial flavors.

Who Am I?
I am a fellow chocolate and sugarholic! I know what’s it like to have it call to you in the wee hours of the night! And maybe, just maybe, I’ve made a late night run to the store if I was out! But after having numerous health issues myself and helping family members, I embarked on a wellness journey using various nutrition and lifestyle modifications. And I realized that limiting my sugar was better for my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I then decided to return to school to learn how to better help others and was trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I’ve also taken and passed my national board exam to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Plus, I’m a Certified 21-Day Sugar Detox Health Coach. Currently, I work primarily with women who have weight issues, digestive problems, brain fog, and fatigue by providing guidance and accountability to help them decrease symptoms and be who God has called them to be.
